Credit card refund policy:
Thank you for visiting us at 'Aiea Pearl City Dental Care. Payment is due at the time of your dental care services unless other financial arrangements are made in advance. We require all patients to pay their deductible and estimated copay and/or coinsurance payment at each visit. Upon our receipt of your insurance company's payment, you may be billed for any outstanding balances. If there is a credit balance, you will be provided a refund.
We do not receive notification from your employer or insurance company about any changes - for example, when they negotiate new terms, when insurance deductibles, maximums, or copays are changed, when your maximum annual benefit is used at another dental office, or when your benefits are terminated. We do our best to research your individual insurance eligibility prior to your visit as a courtesy to our patients, but your insurance coverage is your responsibility.
If your credit card charge is incorrect and needs to be changed or voided, please call us at 808-488-1988. When your account is reviewed, you may be issued a check for any overpayments or incorrect credit card charges, or your card transaction may be voided and you will receive the credit per your card issuer's policies.
